  1. Joe Burns was a paratrooper in WW ll. He can be seen selling assorted items at the flea market near 23rd street in New York City every Saturday and Sunday.
    Joe is a fine artist also. He displays a photograph near his table. The photograph he displays, shows him then and now, it is not for sale. He used to own a cafe at 51st and 1st Avenue, but, one day, tax agents came and asked him to step outside and they changed the lock immediately. He was locked out at that very moment, on the spot, for not paying his back taxes. Maybe it was called Joes’s Cafe.
