  1. This sketch depicts “Snug Harbor” on Staten Island, New York (over 100 years ago). It is a museum of the ex home for aged sailors. Sailors’ Snug Harbor is a group of 19th century buildings set on 83 acres of park. There is a cultural center and a Botanical Garden. 26 Greek Revival,
    Beaux Arts Italian and Victorian buildings. Take the Staten Island Ferry from Manhattan to Staten Island, then, it’s off the the right. Get directions before you begin your adventure.
